Patches

A patch is a form of indirect printing or embroidery, which means that the marking is not carried out directly on the clothing.

It is characterised by high resistance to washing and abrasion. It is a very good way of applying logos, especially on clothing with difficult structures, such as a fleece or beanie. At Logos Dystrybucja, we offer 3 methods of making patches:

WWF embroidered patch

Naszywka haftowana WWF

It is a method of indirect computer embroidery, especially recommended for small elements on fleece clothing, where small elements of fleece bristles can cover fragments of the logotype, and it is also recommended for softshell jackets due to less interference in the jacket structure than in the case of traditional computer embroidery.

Bacardi sublimated patch

Naszywka sublimowana bacardi

Special polyester material coloured with the customer’s graphics. The surface of the special patch has the structure of a fabric. This is one of the cheapest patches, characterised by very high durability and high reflection of colours and the details contained in the graphics. Its cost depends on the volume of the order and the shape of the patch itself.

Elastomer

Elastomer

Elastomer patches are also called “jellies” because of their flexible rubber structure. They are made of PVC, thanks to which it is possible to apply many layers of colours and obtain convexity and three-dimensionality. They are a perfect complement to comprehensive product marking. Available only in large quantity orders.
